Biorhythms are said
by many to be a science rather than a strange phenomena.
Your biorhythms start the day that you are born. One
aspect is physical, the next emotional, then intellectual,
then intuitive or intuitional. They proceed to move like
AC electricity waves passing the zero mark into the negative
and the passing the zero mark again into the positive. I
was first introduced to biorhythms when I was ten, by my
grandmother, who was a strong believer in biorhythms.
She used to lay them out on a long sheet of roll up graph
paper and draw the four cycles with felt tip pens.Twenty some years later we have a
much better way to view and track biorhythms: computers! A wonderful Java applet is

There are no longer such things as "applets" and Greg Kacy
is probably dead. But here is a wonderful
biorhythms calculator that you can use!
You simply enter your birth date, and then hit
the "plot" button on the far upper right of the
program. What you will see is the bio cycle for
today's date. You can then observe how strong or
weak your physical, emotional, intellectual, and intuitional
phases are for today. The applet also lets you see
what your phases were in the past.
